Welcome to Happy Bits. By placing an order or using our website (happybitseg.com), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Happy Bits is a small Egyptian customization brand based in Cairo, Egypt. We create personalized labels and photo books made to order. All products are custom-made and non-resellable.

2. Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our website is an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

3. Payment

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept online card payments through our secure payment gateway. We do not accept Cash on Delivery.

4. Custom Orders & Final Sale

All products are made to order based on the customization details you provide. Because your product is made exclusively for you, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the case of defective or damaged items (see our Refund Policy).

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate customization details, names, and photos
Reviewing and approving your design proof (for photo books) before printing begins
Providing a correct and complete delivery address

Happy Bits is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, and content on happybitseg.com belong to Happy Bits. You may not reproduce or use our designs without written permission. By submitting photos for your order, you confirm you have the right to use those images.

7. Limitation of Liability

Happy Bits’ total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
