Refund & Return Policy

At Happy Bits, every product we make is created specifically for you — customized with your name, your photos, or your personal details. Because of this, all sales are final once production has begun.

No Refunds or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any order once production has started. This applies to all of our products:

  • Customized School Supplies Labels
  • Kitchen & Pantry Organizing Labels
  • Custom Photo Books

Production begins as soon as your customization details and payment are received. At that point, your order cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

Defective or Damaged Items

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at happy.bits.eg@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

If the damage is confirmed, we will reprint and reship your order at no additional cost to you.

Photo Book Design Approval

For photo book orders, you will receive a design proof for review before printing begins. Once you approve the design, it is considered final. We cannot issue refunds for dissatisfaction with an approved design.

كل منتجات Happy Bits بتتعمل خصيصاً ليك. عشان كده، كل الطلبات نهائية ومش قابلة للاسترجاع بعد بدء الإنتاج.

مش بنقبل استرجاع أو استبدال بعد ما نبدأ في تنفيذ أوردرك.

استثناء: لو وصلك المنتج تالف أو فيه عيب تصنيع، تواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام على happy.bits.eg@gmail.com مع صورة للمشكلة ورقم الأوردر، وهنعيد الطباعة والشحن مجاناً.
