All Happy Bits products are made to order and shipped directly to your door across Egypt. Here’s everything you need to know about delivery.
Production Turnaround Times
Before shipping, every order goes through a production phase. Please allow the following production times before your order is handed to the courier:

| Kitchen & Pantry Labels | 2–3 business days |
| Custom Photo Book | 2–3 business days after design approval |
For photo books, a design proof will be sent to you within 48 hours of receiving your photos. Production begins only after you approve the design.
Delivery Times & Rates

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Delays
While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or national holidays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at happy.bits.eg@gmail.com and we will investigate on your behalf.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order. Happy Bits is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

كل منتجات Happy Bits بتتعمل على أوردرك وبتتوصلك على بيتك في كل محافظات مصر.
وقت التنفيذ قبل الشحن: الليبلات: 2–3 أيام عمل. كتب الصور: 2–3 أيام عمل بعد موافقتك على التصميم.
التوصيل: القاهرة والجيزة: 1–2 أيام بعد الشحن (90 جنيه). باقي المحافظات: 3–5 أيام (التكلفة حسب المنطقة).
